A great experience. The work was done very carefully to avoid any splashing on nearby doors and walls. The pressure wash was extremely thorough but did not raise the grain on the wood. They did two coats of stain and the deck, railings, and grape arbor look great. They also pressure-washed and stained a porch glider at no extra charge
